Pork Hash With Tofu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork hash
2 Tbsp. shoyu
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 container soft tofu
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except for tofu, and mix well.
Place in a large bowl and flatten mixture around bowl.
Cube the tofu in blocks and place in center of bowl.
Steam 45 minutes over boiling water.
