Blu Cobbler With Cookie Dough Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 sticks soft butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together blueberries, 5 tablespoons sugar, orange juice and cornstarch; put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Beat together the butter, 1 cup sugar, egg and vanilla.
    Add 1 cup flour, baking powder and salt.
    Drop by tablespoon over blueberries.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    The topping should be golden brown.
