Oven Baked Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. honey
3 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. catsup
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 lb. spareribs

Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Pour over spareribs and marinate overnight, turning several times. Line shallow pan with foil.
