Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
1/2 lb. cooked bacon
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. half and half
pepper
Preparation

Prepare 1 (9-inch) pie crust.
Bake for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle 1/2 to 3/4 pound cooked bacon or crumbled sausage in shell.
Grate Cheddar cheese over meat.
Mix eggs, salt and half and half.
Pour into shell over meat and cheese.
Sprinkle pepper on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
