Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 slices bread
    5 eggs
    1 c. grated cheese plus 4 to 5 cheese slices
    1 c. chopped ham
    1/4 onion, chopped
    1/3 c. chopped bell pepper (optional)
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut bread in 1/2 slices; lay on the bottom of a pie pan (ovensafe).
    Mix salt in eggs.
    Pour eggs on top.
    Put ham, grated cheese, bell pepper and onion on it.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Put 1/2 sliced cheese on top.
    Bake another 5 to 10 minutes.
