Apple Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded, peeled apple
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. white sugar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Sift together all the dry ingredients. Stir in the apple and 1/4 cup nuts.
Combine butter, milk and egg.
Stir into the flour mixture and blend only.
Pour into greased and floured 9-inch round pan. Spread sour cream over top.
Combine sugars and spread over the sour cream. Sprinkle on remaining nuts. Bake at 400\u00b0 in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve warm with butter or whipped cream.
It is also good cold.
