Easy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large sliced potatoes
3/4 c. onion
3 Tbsp. oil
1/4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. broth
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or sour cream
1 Tbsp. salt
pepper
paprika
Preparation

Layer potatoes and onion in baking dish.
Melt oil in pan; add flour; stir until smooth.
Gradually add broth, mayonnaise or sour cream, salt and a little pepper.
Stir until thick.
Pour over taters; sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and bake 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
