Chicken And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. frying chicken
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2/3 c. canned milk
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sliced cheese (American)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can mushrooms
    1 dash paprika
Preparation
    Coat chicken with flour.
    Arrange it in single layers, skins down, in melted butter in a baking dish.
    Bake uncovered in moderate oven, 425\u00b0, for 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken; bake until brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
    Pour excess fat.
    Combine canned milk, soup, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Add chopped onion and mushrooms to chicken.
    Pour milk mixture over chicken and add paprika.
    Cover dish with foil.
    Reduce temperature to 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
