Cheeseburger Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell, pricked
8 slices process cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/3 c. green pepper
1/3 c. onion
1 tsp. beef flavor bouillon (instant or cube)
3 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Bake pastry shell at 425\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
Remove from oven. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
Cut 6 slices cheese into pieces.
In skillet, brown meat and pour off fat.
Add tomato sauce, pepper, onion and bouillon.
Cook and stir until bouillon dissolves. Remove from heat.
Stir in eggs, flour and cheese pieces.
Turn into prepared shell and bake 20 minutes or until hot.
Top with remaining cheese slices.
Bake 3 minutes longer.
Refrigerate leftovers.
