Lima Beans In Carrot Ring - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby limas
 
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. chopped shallots
1/2 c. plain yogurt or less as desired
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
- 
                            Cook limas according to directions and drain. Saute shallots in butter. Add yogurt and parsley. Stir to blend.
 
Add cooked limas. Spoon into center of carrot ring. Serve immediately. Serves 6 to 8.
