Black-Eyed Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can black-eyed peas with jalapeno
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
1 c. cooked rice
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 lb. ground meat
Preparation

Saute onion and add ground meat.
Cook until brown.
Mix other ingredients and put in casserole dish.
Cook 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
