Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. breakfast sausage
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. Bisquick
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together (it helps if they are room temperature) in a bowl.
    Roll them into little balls and bake on a cookie sheet or baking pan at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
