Broccoli-Cheese Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. ground oregano
    1 egg
    2 c. finely chopped, cooked broccoli
    1 3/4 c. shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Grease a square 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix Bisquick, water and oregano until dough forms.
    Turn onto floured surface.
    Gently roll in flour to coat.
    Knead 50 times.
    Divide dough into halves. Roll each half into 9-inch squares.
    Place one square into pan. Beat eggs slightly; reserve 1 tablespoon.
    Mix rest of eggs, broccoli and 1 1/2 cups cheese thoroughly.
    Spread over square in pan.
