Dr. Carter'S Chicken #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut-up chicken
    1 (6 to 8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 small jar Russian dressing
Preparation
    Wash and skin chicken.
    Place in 9 x 12-inch Pyrex dish.
    Spoon on preserves and dressing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
