Baked Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. water
Preparation

Combine and bring to a boil spices, brown sugar, 1/3 cup water and 2 tablespoons butter or margarine.
Pour over cooked sweet potato halves arranged in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until liquid is somewhat thickened.
Baste frequently while baking.
