Rhubarb Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb, cut
3 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Coat rhubarb with mixture of white sugar and 3 tablespoons flour.
Place in baking dish.
Top with a mixture of the butter, 1 cup flour and the brown sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Top with Cool Whip to serve.
