Company Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/2 c. red wine
    1 can mushrooms
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix and pour soups, water, wine and mushrooms over lightly floured and browned stew meat.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 1/2 hours.
    Remove from oven.
    Fold in sour cream and serve.
