Pork Tandori - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (5 oz.) cartons plain yogurt
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    3/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    bay leaves
    6 peppercorns
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    grated zest of 1 lemon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pork roast or pork chops
Preparation
    Combine first nine ingredients.
    Pour over meat that has been well pierced.
    Leave 6 to 8 hours or more refrigerated.
    Remove bay leaves and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours, basting frequently.
