Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1/2 c. olives, diced
    1 small jar diced pimento
    2 Tbsp. sweet relish
    4 to 6 hard-boiled eggs
    2 pkg. frozen peas
Preparation
    Cook peas in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Rinse with cold water.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
