Low Sugar Mocha Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. very hot water
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    6 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    1 large egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. cocoa
    2 Tbsp. instant powdered milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine the hot water and coffee; set aside.
    Cream the margarine, brown sugar and sweetener with mixer on medium speed, until mixture is light and fluffy.
    Add egg and vanilla; mix for 1 minute.
    Stir together flour, cocoa, dry milk, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture with coffee and nuts.
    Spray a 9-inch square pan with nonstick cooking oil; spread batter evenly in pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Good cake for diabetics.
