Upside Down Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 eggs
1/3 c. fruit juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
16 oz. can pineapple rings
maraschino cherries
Preparation

Melt butter and brown sugar in heavy skillet and simmer a few minutes.
Mix sugar, flour, eggs, fruit juice, salt and baking powder.
Place pineapple rings in skillet.
Place cherries in center of each pineapple ring.
Pour cake batter over all.
Place skillet in preheated 350\u00b0 oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Flip over onto large cake plate immediately out of oven.
