Walnut Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. oil
    3 tsp. cornstarch
    2 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved
    1 medium onion, diced in large pieces
    1/2 lb. broccoli
    5 tsp. soy sauce
    2 whole chicken breasts
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon oil, 2 teaspoons soy sauce and 1 teaspoon cornstarch.
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Stir into mixture to coat. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
