Topoppo Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    lettuce
    green onion, chopped
    peas, cooked
    shredded white chicken
    chopped green pepper
    chopped tomato
    shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    mashed ripe avocado
    oil
    vinegar
    tortilla chips
    salsa
    guacamole dip seasoning
    refried beans
Preparation
    Mix mashed avocados and packaged guacamole dip seasoning according to package directions.
    Mix oil and vinegar (half and half).
    Layer the following on a dinner plate for each serving: tortilla chips, refried beans, guacamole, lettuce, peas, onion, tomato, green pepper, chicken and cheese.
    Sprinkle with oil and vinegar dressing and top with salsa.
