Chicken Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. bottled steak sauce
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 1/2 c. minced cooked chicken
    1/3 c. minced celery
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. chopped almonds or walnuts
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, steak sauce and curry powder together. Blend in chicken and celery plus 2 tablespoons of parsley.
    Shape into a 9-inch log.
    Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 4 hours or overnight.
    Toss together remaining parsley and nuts.
    Coat the log.
    Serve with crackers.
