Sour Cream And Chive Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 to 1 lb. egg noodles
    1 small container cottage cheese (small curd)
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. freeze-dried chives
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook
    egg
    noodles
    according
    to
    package
    directions; drain. Combine cottage cheese,
    sour
    cream, chives, salt and pepper. Pour over egg noodles
    and stir to coat evenly.
    Bake in a covered casserole at 350\u00b0
    for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Can add additional sour cream to moisten.
