Abington Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 tsp. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk

Preparation

Grease and flour 11 x 2 1/2 x 7-inch pans.
Cream together shortening, sugar and eggs; beat lightly.
Sift flour with salt and baking powder.
Blend in with additions of the milk.
Pour into prepared pans and sprinkle with Crumbs.
