Fettuccine Alfredo With Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick (1/2 c.) unsalted butter
    1 c. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. cognac
    1 1/4 lb. fresh morels, rinsed, drained and patted dry
    1 lb. or more fettuccine noodles
    1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan
Preparation
    In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter over low heat; add cream, the cognac and salt and pepper to taste.
    Bring mixture to a boil.
    Add morels; simmer and cover them for 10 minutes, keeping mixture warm.
    Prepare noodles; drain the pasta and toss it with the butter.
    Add the morel mixture and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese.
