Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    Ritz crackers
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. sage
Preparation
    Boil chicken and remove meat from bone.
    Mix soup, sour cream, salt, pepper and sage.
    In casserole dish, layer cream sauce mixture, then chicken.
    Sprinkle crumbled crackers on each layer. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
