Chip Chop Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt and pepper
    1 chicken, cut up
    oil
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    chopped onion, as desired
    4 medium Irish potatoes, cut up in bite-size pieces
    1 large can English peas
    2 to 3 Tbsp. Ragu spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Salt and pepper a cut up chicken.
    Brown in oil until cooked. Drain off excess oil.
    In the same skillet, add chopped garlic and onion.
