2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
3 c. buttermilk
4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat griddle to 350\u00b0.
Whisk all dry ingredients together before mixing in liquid ingredients.
Whisk eggs, buttermilk and melted butter into dry mixture.
Batter will be lumpy.
Do not whisk until smooth.
Use a 1/2 cup measuring cup to pour onto griddle.
Turn when surface appears bubbly.
Makes 8 to 10 pancakes.
