Marie'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing with honey (1 c.)
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    3 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler fryer chickens, cut up
Preparation
    Combine preserves, salad dressing and soup mix.
    Place chicken pieces in baking pan; spread sauce over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or grill chicken over medium coals until nearly tender, about 45 minutes; turn occasionally.
    Brush with sauce, grill 15 minutes more basting occasionally.
    Makes 12 servings.
