Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 large cabbage heads
1/2 lb. loose pork sausage
3/4 c. rice
2 eggs
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 large can tomato sauce
Preparation

Mix well all ingredients, except tomato sauce.
Separate the cabbage leaves.
Stuff each leaf with about 2 tablespoons of the mixture.
Pour the tomato sauce over the stuffed leaves.
Cover and cook on low heat about 3 1/2 hours.
