Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. margarine, softened
2 2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2/3 c. water
2 tsp. baking soda
3 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, pumpkin and water, blending well.
Sift dry ingredients together, then sift into pumpkin mixture, stirring to blend.
Add nuts.
Pour into 2 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) greased loaf pans.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
Let cool in pans slightly; remove from pans and cool loaves on wire racks.
Yield:
2 loaves.
