Paula'S Cornish Hens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Cornish hens
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. paprika
    salt to taste
    pepper (black optional)
    1 Knorr chicken bouillon
    2 c. crushed tomatoes
    5 Tbsp. olive oil (more if needed)
    1 c. red wine
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Remove skin off chicken and cut into pieces.
    Brown onion and garlic in olive oil.
    Add chicken and spices.
    Brown chicken on both sides.
    Add crushed tomatoes and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add wine, water, bouillon and mustard.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and cook on low for 30 minutes in a covered pot.
    Simmer for another 5 minutes and serve with rice.
    Serves 4.
