Paul Varnell'S Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    3 garlic cloves
    1 medium bell pepper
    5 bay leaves
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. Chinese pepper
    1 qt. tomatoes
    8 oz. tomato paste
    2 lb. lean ground sirloin
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 small onions
    2 small tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. Creole all-purpose seasonings
    1/4 c. sugar
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1/2 c. tomato catsup
    1 lb. hot link sausage, casings removed
Preparation
    First...you saute the onion, garlic and bell pepper in the bacon drippings, using a large, deep pot or pan.
    Add the 2 small tomatoes (cubed) near the end, for just a few moments.
    Add the canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, paste and catsup.
    Blend in all seasonings; reduce heat and allow to simmer.
