Shoe Peg Corn Salad(Serves 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1 lb. can small peas, drained
    1 lb. can green beans, drained (French-style)
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients together and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
