Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    7 to 7 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    2/3 c. soft shortening
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation
    Stir until dissolved the water, salt, sugar and yeast, then add slightly beaten eggs and shortening.
    First mix with spoon, then with hands; add potatoes and flour.
    After mixing thoroughly, place in refrigerator about 2 hours before baking.
    Shape into desired shape.
    Cover and let rise until light or double in size.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown, about 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 4 dozen or can be used in smaller quantities and will store about 4 days in refrigerator.
