Spinach-Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 jumbo macaroni shells
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    2 c. Ricotta cheese
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 small onion, diced
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    dash of hot sauce
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni shells according to package directions; drain and set aside.
