Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple rings
    1 can frozen cherries, thawed
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine 2 tablespoons melted butter and cinnamon.
    Mix well.
    Spread into 8-inch square baking dish.
    Top with pineapple rings.
    Place cherries in centers on rings.
    Beat eggs in medium bowl.
    Blend in remaining butter.
    Add fruit and buttermilk.
    Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Gradually add buttermilk to mixture, beating until blended. Spread batter over fruit.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Cool on rack and then serve.
