Ono Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. cornflakes, crushed
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chicken.
    Roll pieces in mayonnaise, then roll each piece in the crushed cornflakes.
    Bake for one hour in 325\u00b0 oven or until done.
