Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can red salmon
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. horseradish
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt, mixed with 1/8 tsp. smoked salt
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    3 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Chill.
    Shape into 1 or 2 balls.
    Spread on crackers.
