Macaroni-Hamburger Casserole(For Electric Skillet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    2 tsp. (or less) salt
    8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed and drained
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. (heaping) chili powder
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    chopped parsley and grated cheese (optional)
Preparation
    In medium bowl, cut tomatoes into small pieces; add diced celery, pepper and all seasonings.
    Set aside.
    Preheat frypan to 300\u00b0; add vegetable oil and onion; cook until just beginning to brown.
    Add meat.
    Turn dial to 400\u00b0, stirring frequently, until browned.
    Remove excess fat, then add tomato mixture.
    Stir; bring to boil.
    Cover; close vent and reduce heat to medium simmer. Cook for at least 25 minutes.
    Add cooked macaroni.
    Simmer 15 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.
