Hearty Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 red potatoes
    1/2 c. onion (optional)
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
    4 strips bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; boil until tender.
    Cut in 1/2 to 1-inch chunks.
    Spread evenly into baking dish.
    Combine onions, soup, parsley, mayonnaise and sour cream; pour over potatoes.
    Sprinkle bacon on top; garnish with paprika.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
