Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium green peppers
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 small onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Remove tops and seeds from peppers.
    Add to large pot of boiling water.
    Cook 5 to 7 minutes.
    Drain and place in casserole dish.
    Brown beef, onion, salt and pepper.
    Drain.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and tomato paste.
    Stir well.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Add shredded cheese.
    Allow to melt.
    Stir in rice.
    Then stuff peppers.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    (I always put more cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking time.)
