Shrimp Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. shrimp (frozen)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
1 c. diced ham
1 c. Bloody Mary mix
1 c. water
2 cans black-eyed peas (with jalapenos)
Preparation

Brown ham and onion together; add peas, Bloody Mary mix, water and rice.
Let cook 20 minutes.
If too thick, add more water. Add shrimp for last 5 to 10 minutes of cooking.
Serve with rolls or cornbread.
