Cheese Stuffed Pasta Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. water or 3/4 c. water and 1/4 c. wine
1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. manicotti
Preparation

Brown meat in a 2-quart casserole.
Drain off fat.
Stir in sauce.
Cover with Saran Wrap and microwave on High for 4 to 6 minutes.
Combine Ricotta and Parmesan cheeses, eggs and 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella.
Stuff manicotti with cheese filling.
In a 13 x 2-inch baking dish (sprayed with Pam), arrange manicotti in single layer. Add meat sauce to completely cover.
Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella on top.
Cover dish with Saran Wrap and cook on Medium-high for 30 to 35 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn during cooking.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Makes 7 servings.
Can bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
