Six Week Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. 2 oz.) box Bran Buds or All-Bran
    2 c. boiling water
    6 eggs
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. or more cinnamon
    1/2 box raisins
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over cereal.
    Let
    stand.
    Mix
    with sugar, eggs and oil.
    Add alternately the
    buttermilk
    and dry ingredients.
    Add
    raisins.
    Store
    in
    refrigerator and spoon into muffin pan as you want them.
    Keeps for 6 weeks.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
