Garlic Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. grits
    salt to taste
    1 stick margarine
    1 stick garlic cheese
    2 eggs and milk (refer to directions)
    cornflakes, crumbled
Preparation
    Combine water, grits and salt. Cook until grits are done. Add margarine and stir until melted. Add garlic cheese and stir until melted. Beat 2 eggs in a 1-cup measuring cup and add milk to fill that cup. Add to the grits mixture. Pour into a buttered casserole and cover with crumbled cornflakes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Should serve 12.
