Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    1/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. honey
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add honey; let stand a few minutes. Use two pie crusts, with slits in the top crust.
    Begin baking at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and cook until crust is golden brown.
    Cool a few minutes before serving.
