Alberta Toomey'S Zucchini Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion
1 can tomatoes
2 Tbsp. butter
2 to 3 zucchini squash
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Melt butter in frying pan.
Add chopped onion and cook until tender.
Slice zucchini thin and add to butter and onions.
Cook on low heat until squash starts to get tender.
Add tomatoes, salt and sugar.
Cook on low heat for 1/2 hour.
Then put in a greased baking dish.
Top with sharp cheese and bake in oven for 15 minutes.
